The Continental Mark ll was a very exclusive and very expensive luxury automobile produced by the Ford Motor Company for the 1956 and 1957 model years. Ford went so far as to create a separate division to produce it. (Don’t call it a Lincoln!) If you could afford one of these in ‘56 or ‘57, it was obvious that you had truly “arrived”!
